We are all messing up… I will keep saying this over and over again until everyone – including my own weird egoistic messed-up perfectionist self – lets it sink in and feel totally 100% okay with things going wrong.
You might understand how deeply uncomfortable it can feel to be catapulted into spaces where you feel you have to be ‘on display’ or ‘performing’ a personality that just doesn’t feel good. BUT… how about if we just didn’t respond to those bullshit confidence imperatives?
